Sweet Scented Rose Card and DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Daughter
I printed on to paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a card covered in embossed card. Layered all elements. Added a bow tied from lace and ribbon, and some pearls on two corners. A very pretty design to suit a variety of occasions.
