Romantic Evening Card with Rose DecoupageCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a black textured square card base I glued some die-cut flourish corners, then mounted the image over that on foam pads.

I used gold peel-offs to complete the border around the edges and added the sentiment plate and some flower bling to finish.

This beautiful design could be used for a whole host of occasions.
