This is a very elegant card for any occasion. I cut out all parts, and glued the decoupage pieces directly to the main image. I used Spica glitter pen to highlight the flourishes in each corner and then sprayed glimmer mist over the entire image.
Used double sided tape to attach to complimentary colored card stock.
