Over the Top Roses and ButterfliesCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal stickles to roses and butterflies and silver peel-off corners to top of card.
A beautiful design in lovely colours.
