Lilac Rose and Babys Breath Card with DecoupageCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Reduced the size to fit a 5"x7" card and printed twice on matte photo paper.

I attached the base image to the card with dst, then cut the opening out of the second base image, cut it along the curvy light lavender line on the right, and on the other edges, cut it along the first line of the "frame" to make it slightly smaller than the first base image.

I added some lacy bling, including a bit peeking out from inside the center opening, then used foam pads to attach the cut-out base image to the first for a lovely 3-D effect.

Added the floral decoupage with silicone gel, also the sentiment and a tiny butterfly rescued from the center cut-out. Finished with narrow paper lace along the left edge. Eye candy!
