Frosted Dreams Rose Book TopperCompleted by Hazel Sumner
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Daughter
Printed the design onto 160 gm paper and cut out. I added a toning background (cup245795_1121) and the main piece to a scallop-edged card using dst. The layers were added using 1mm foam pads and silver peel-offs completed the card. This is a beautiful design.
