I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white die cut frame and then onto a white card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added an organza bow to one corner with a pink pearl in the centre and one of the sentiments to another corner.
The decoupage on this is absolutely beautiful. A stunning design.
