English Rose Card with Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the butterfly using thin foam tape and a blob of silicone glue under one wing for more definition.
