Dl Decoupage Flowers with InsertCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet out twice so I could add extra decoupage. I cut out the elements and mounted the base layer to a piece of dark red card. I stuck this onto an 11cm x 21cm card blank.

I used foam pads to add the decoupage and then stuck the insert inside.
