The matting and layering was made up of the pale blue card blank, dark blue pearly paper then the base image.
Decoupage was fixed in place with sticky pads. I run a fine glue stick round the petals and sprinkled with glitter.
Finishing touches were pale blue card candy buttons placed in all 4 corners and the centre of both flowers
