Book of Flowers Card and Easy Cut DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Mum
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to green patterned paper, then to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads, added crystal glaze to flower centres and finished with pink organza bow.
A lovely design.
