Blue Poppies Card with DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Mum
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to lilac pearlescent card, then to square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with black pearls to blue flower centres and lilac organza bow to spine.
A lovely design.
