A wish of loveCompleted by Denise Mynard
OccasionSpecial Days / Mothers Day
I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I built the decoupage up using foam pads. I put the completed topper onto a card blank. To decorate the card I used glitter. This lovely card was very simple to make.
