I mounted the topper on to silver mirri, then a 10" x 7" white card. I added peel offs to the corners, layered up the decoupage, added a gem to the centre of the pansy and glossy accents to the pearl.
I finished off by adding a silver ribbon, bow and pearls, one on each of the two bows
