Vintage Times Birthday Decoupage Lace Filigree Topper 21Completed by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greetings using thin foam tape. Gorgeous card when finished.
