Female Birthday Card or Special OccasionCompleted by Jaynescards
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage elements, which I made up using sticky foam pads.
I added pearls to the pink flowers. I used a green card blank and matted a piece of pink paper with the topper on top.
I added black ribbon and a Happy Birthday greeting.
