The Dirty Car DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto matt photo paper, to bring the colours out more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a green square card, i then made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, finishing off with the sentiment happy birthday which i placed at the top of the design, this is a terrific design for any youngster or man, was very easy to cut and make up and is very effective when done.
