a decoupage sheet which has a cute teddy with a paint brush and palette in his hands it's his birthday and he has been painting the words Special day on his wall, a nice colourful topper for the kids. Matching tags say happy birthday, special son, grandson and great grandson also a blank tag for the greeting of your choice, I made this one with the boys in mind but could be for boy or girl
