With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a red C5 card, then added a gold border all round the outside edges, to finish my card, i made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, i then placed the happy birthday sentiment at the top right of the design, this is a terrific, bright, fun design for any youngster, was very easy to cut and make up, and is stunning when done.
I printed and cut out the images. I mounted onto my card base using DST and added the decoupage with foam pads.
