Pirate and Parrot Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base on the front of a light blue C5 card, then added a gold border all round the outside edges, to finish my card, i then made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and i placed the happy birthday sentiment next to the pirate, this is a terrific, bright, fun design for any youngster, was very easy to cut and make up, and is stunning when done.
