I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Glued the main image on to a white A5 card using DST, then decoupaged with foam pads. Added my chosen sentiment to the top and also added silver card candi to it, plus added one to the bow of the ribbon. I finished off by adding silver peel-offs around the frame of the image.

Two sentiments to chose from and a blank that you could add a peel off sentiment too, so not just for this year.
