I printed this cute card topper out onto good quality photo paper. Cut out all the decoupage pieces and matted the card onto some yellow card and then onto blue cardstock.
I finished off by adding the decoupage pieces and some pearl dots to the wheels and a touch of kindy glitz to the light ontop of the truck.
Easy card to make and lovely to look at.
