A great card for a little boy. A cool dude holding toys & wearing a peak cap. The card front has the words "birthday wishes" in bright colours & a bunch of balloons that you could add a name or age to.
Includes easy to cut out step by step layers.

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue. There's great depth in the decoupage, it's up to you as to how much you want to use.
I love the design, I haven't added any extra embellishments, it's great the way it is.
