Bath Boy Birthday Topper & Decoupage

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto silver mirror card, added an embossed wider frame & then matted it all onto silver matt card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a suitable backing paper.

I decouapged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Frosted Lace Stickles to add some shimmer. I embellished with a little piece of towelling for a flannel & towel & a die cut flourish.
