I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I cut fine snips into the wings of the swan to give a feathered look and added some glitter to the wings.
