Cute Teddy Birthday Topper Completed by New Beginnings

I printed the page onto high quality cardstock. Then cut out all the pieces. I attached the topper to a 5 1/2" light ivory card base. Added all the decoupage layers to topper. (I didn't use foam in between the layers as I am mailing this card.

It has a nice dimension with the three layers of the teddy so it doesn't need foam in between.) Finished off with some pearls in the center of the bows.

A very quick and easy card to make that is perfect for a child's birthday. Could also be used for Valentine's Day cards by added a saying to the blank label.
