Photo copied onto gloss premium photo paper, cut out all the elements and layered the deccoupage with sticky pads. I shaped round the tree branch and eliminated the sky.

On the missing link owl I cut out the feather points on his head and cut into the wing feathers and seperated them.

I rounded them with my scissors by pulling accross between scissor ends and my thumb. I mounted the picture onto white card of which I stuck various strips of clour and cloud,leaving spaces for the white to show through.
