I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to dotty card, then on to a pink card. Layered all elements. Added a silk flower with a ribbon rose centre and folded pieces of lace to make leaves.
Placed gems on the ballerina's tutu, and finished with a greeting and a "3". Absolutely adorable!
