Globe with Blue roses, I have included a variety of sentiment tags, this is also a fairly easy decoupage to cut out.

Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted to blue grey card. Decoupage built up with foam pads. Added a greetings tag supplied, blue heart, blue ribbon, pink and blue gems and some irridescent glitter.
A gorgeous design that has so many ways to bring it to life, I think it is lovely.
