This is a series of cards designed specifically for new babies and/or pregnant women. All card fronts also have blank tags so you can add your own message.
And, as an added bonus, each design also has a circle pyramid sheet that is connected for those who prefer not to cut decoupage layers.

I imported the design into a graphics program, enlarged the blank label and typed in "New Grandparents" as well as added a baby rattle.
I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements.
The decoupage was done with foam pads and the card was assembled with double sided tape. Finally the card front was adhered to a blank, white card. This design is easy to cut and assemble and is just darling when completed.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I used a tag included with the sheet. I added white liquid pearls to all the scroll work makes a very effective raised look. Super easy to make and a joy to give
