Sheet printed at a reduced size onto lightweight card and the elements cut out. I used DST to attach the base image to the front of a scallop-edged card blank then added the decoupage layers using glue gel.
I finished by adding 2 tiny gold metallic stars to the bootees.
Love the colour tones of this design.
I printed the sheet onto A5 size matte photo paper and cut out the elements. I mounted the base image onto a 16cm.sq. card which I had covered with a paper from cup545779_66 Small Flowers.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with a toning bow.
A very cute card.
