Love At First Heartbeat - DecoupageCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Mounted onto white card with punched edges and decoupaged the layers with foam pasted a charm round the top on elasticated silver cord, I added the marching inserts available separately, added my chosen sentiment, added lots of little baby embellishments pink and blue, a great card for a baby shower or just to congratulate the mum and dad to be.
