Baby Blue Chick with TrainCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet and cut out the pieces. I mounted the base image onto some cream card, then dark blue card and finally onto a 13.5cm x 13.5cm card blank.

I used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage.
