The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I cut down an 8x8 white silk art card blank to make a 7x7 square card blank. I mounted the topper onto a piece of glossy silver grey card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.
I used blue satin ribbon and silver peeloff corners to decorate.
