Vintage Style Baby GirlCompleted by Rae Trees
OccasionCongratulations / Congratulations New Baby
I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card that I covered with (kit517514_1298).
I assembled the elements with foam pads. This is a great design, very cute.

This design has a lovely vintage style background for a new baby girl card. It has some easy decoupage and you can finish it off with your own bling.
