Welcome, Baby Girl, Happy Birthday
This sweet little baby girl sitting in the flowers and surrounded by pink hearts would make a lovely card for the birthday girl, or to welcome the new little one into the world.
It is approximately 5x7 and contains decoupage pieces and embellishments.

Printed on good quality paper and cut out. Layered with 1mm and 2 mm foam pads to add dimension. I chose to use sentiment Happy Birthday.
Taped matching background on palebrown cardstock and attached topper on it. Added six heartshaped gemstones and painted "ropes" on them so it looks like they are hanging.
