Rock-a-bye New Baby GirlCompleted by Wenona Elie
OccasionCongratulations / New Baby
I printed this card onto 300 gsm thick card. I then cut all the pieces out. I decoupaged the pieces using 3mm thick foam pads.If you want less of a lift you can use 2mm or 1mm.
I also put foam pads on the title. Glitter to finish.
