Little girls love to Dance and they"ll love this card too. Quick and simple to make up and looks stunning with the matching insert. So, here's what I did. I printed the sheet, cut out the elements and mounted them with foam tape, then adhered the base topper onto a black cardstock cut to size - included the matching insert inside the card with a silver Happy Birthday peel-off to finish it off.

I printed onto 160gsm paper and cut out the parts. I attached the base image to a 6x6 pink and white dotted cardblank using DST. I decoupaged with thin foam and glue gel.I added touches of cristal,black diamond and silver stickles to the image. I completed with the matching insert.
