I'm so excited - I found the ribbon used on this card at Spotlight a couple of weeks ago and thought from memory when I bought this sheet that maybe it wouldn't quite match the colour scheme - usually it's just the wrong shade. However, I got lucky...

I started once again by printing out the sheet and cutting out all the elements, mounting them with foam tape onto the base topper. I then added the white Liquid Pearl dots around the white rim of the circle, before adding the silver peel-offs at both top and bottom. I added my gorgeous pink shaped ribbon to the panel at the bottom and a silver "Congratulations" peel-off. I then took a white A5 card base and added a mat of Merci A5 pink textured paper as the background and mounted the base topper with DST on top of this. With a little verse inside it will be finished off quite nicely.
