I cut out all the elements after printing the sheet onto smooth white cardstock and then mounted the items onto the base topper using foam tape. I then adhered the base topper onto an 8 x 8 white Crafty Bob's scalloped card base. I added some bling by adding pairs of white Liquid Pearl dots between the "It's a Girl"'s around the centre circle. I then followed the design and still using Lquid Pearls added the larger pearls on the leaves and flowers around the bootees.

So Cute!
