I used a blue square card and added a pretty pastel spotted paper with butterfly corners punched out. Matted the main image onto deep purple card stock, built the decoupage then added fabric pink bow to baby's head.

Used Sakura glitter pens to highlight the teddy collar, bib outline and x on the background. Sentiment angled to finish
