I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out all elements. Then I attached the main image to a lovely grey A5 base card leaving about 2cm at the top. The next step was to decoupage with foam pads and add one of the two sentiments at the bottom.

I finished by adding tiny pink pearl hearts- two at the bottom and one at the top. This is a lovely card which I made for the parents of the newest member of our family.
