Print out the sheet on good quality photo paper or card. Cut out all elements and assemble. I used a 7" x 5" card blank. (You could print out 2 to a sheet and then use an A6 blank.)I adhered the card using card mount spray glue.
Then sticky fixers for the decoupage. Everything was included so no need to add anything else.
