Sweet Baby Girl Rocking Horse Decoupage Topper
This lovely card topper is perfect to welcome a new baby girl into the world or for a birthday card.
It comes with a selection of tags and I have left one blank for babies name.
Ideal for a quick card or if you have more time it looks stunning decoupaged.

Used a diecut easel card, Matted pink gingham circle onto Base and front topper with D/T. Cutout the elements from the design sheet, Added topper using foam pads to the center of front topper, decoupage layered with glue gel.
Ribbon, Pearls, Bows and senetment added to finish the card
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A6 card covered with cup266142_1435 Sumptuous Satin - Fuchsia.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with a caption and white peel off borders and corners.
