My Little Cutie 5Completed by Jane Wells

I printed this design onto good quality photo paper and cut out and decoupaged the images using 3d sticky pads.

I added a die cut balloon with a birthday peel off and embellished with glitter glue. A delightful card to make with whimsicle feel.
