I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.

I added the decoupage with foam pads and then matted the Greeting Tag and small topper onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape.

The small topper was added to the reverse of my card with d/s tape and the Greeting tag added to the front with foam tape.

To finish I added a White Bow to the top corner, White Pearls to the bottom corners and used the Matching insert inside.

This is such a pretty card just for Baby.
