Beary Sweet New Baby Girl
a decoupage sheet to celebrate the birth of a new baby girl, has a cute little teddy bear face down on a fluffy cloud blanket framed with a lace and pearl frame and trimmed with pink ribbon and lace wrap, co-ordinating tags say it's a girl and congratulations also a blank tag for the greeting of your choice and a new baby hospital type tag for if you wish to include baby's details.

Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to light pink glitter card stock, then to a white card base with scalloped edges. Attached other pieces using foam pads.
I printed on to very smooth card and cut out the parts. I matted the main image on a handmade pink paper with white raised dots design using DST and attached this to a C5 pearl card with a pink tinge.
I decoupaged with glue gel adding a loop of pink ribbon under the paper bow,and added glossy accents to the Pearl top.
I completed with a congratulations label and added tiny pink pearls to the corners. A beautiful design to welcome a baby girl! Looks adorable made up!
