I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to the lower half of an 8x8 card, and layered all elements.
Wrapped pink ribbon and lace around the top, added a bow and finished with peel-off corners. Simply adorable.

I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
