I Matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card, with d/s tape and layered this onto a White, pearl card base.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
The Greeting Topper I Matted onto Silver Mirri card, with d/s tape and cut out, and then added this with foam tape.
To finish I added Pink Gems in opposite corners and added the Matching insert, with a Verse inside the card.
The card back is finished with a small Matching Topper and Handmade.
