I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the elements. Using DST I attached the base image to my square card blank, then used glue gel to attach the decoupage layers and greeting.

Finally I tied 4 small bows in pink and white twine and used glue dots to fix them over the 'buttons' in each corner.
